Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using services provided by Hand & Paw Cleaning and Pet Care Services ("we", "our", or "us"). By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Agreement
By scheduling a service with us, you authorize Hand & Paw staff to enter your home (with prior arrangement) to perform pet care and/or cleaning tasks as agreed upon. We will carry out services with professionalism, discretion, and care.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the loss of booking privileges.

3. Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring safe and secure access to your home and pets. We accept keys, door codes, or lockbox information as agreed upon in writing. We are not responsible for issues arising from denied or delayed access.

4. Pet Safety & Health
You must disclose any behavioral concerns, health conditions, allergies, or medications your pet requires. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a pet displays aggressive or unsafe behavior.

5. Liability
While we treat your home and pets with the utmost care, Hand & Paw Cleaning and Pet Care Services is not liable for:

Unforeseen pet behavior resulting in damage or injury

Pre-existing damage to home or furnishings

Illness or injury resulting from undisclosed health issues

We carry insurance to protect you and your property where applicable.

6. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept [list payment methods: e.g., e-transfer, credit card, cash, etc.]. Late payments may incur a fee after 7 days.

7. Photos & Social Media
We may take non-identifying photos of your pets (never your home’s interior or address) to use on our website or social media. You may opt out by notifying us in writing.

8. Privacy
Your personal and household information is kept strictly confidential. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Right to Refuse or Modify Services
We reserve the right to cancel or modify services at our discretion due to safety concerns, poor weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will always attempt to provide reasonable notice.

10. Agreement
By booking a service with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
